In this, it is compulsory for all food vendors to take one-day of training every two years. In this training, hotels, Dhaba businessmen will be told about the method of making food and the system of cleanliness. After training from private companies, the food retailer will give the company a certificate and a kit. The Ministry has selected different companies for each district for imparting training. For this, hotel, Dhaba operators, and food vendors will have to pay a fee of Rs 500.
